Birthday Plan

The Birthday Plan was first initiated by the General Services Office (GSO) so AA members could donate an amount equal to their years of sobriety to GSO. Intergroup has a similar plan. This can be a yearly donation or a one-time donation. Please consider a donation to Intergroup that corresponds to the number of years you have been sober. All donations are used to support Intergroup and all donations are tax-deductible.

What is Intergroup?

The Intergroup office, by Alcoholics Anonymous tradition, exists primarily as a service organization. It is the first point of contact with A.A. for many who believe they may have a drinking problem. We are the exchange hub for over 80 groups with nearly 200 meetings each week in the Wilmington Area.
